Input Controller Wires This unit supports 100v or 240v input systems (normally a single phase supply). If you have a three phase system then you need to order the special three phase cable for this machine and add a three phase input box. These are available separately (see below).
Example Controller Wiring Diagrams This design has 4 wires in to the three control lines and one power input.
CP-X1 - These wires are connected to the x axis and y axis controls
CP-X2 - These wires are connected to the x axis and z axis controls
CP-X3 - These wires are connected to the y axis and z axis controls
B+ - This wire is connected to the power supply

General Notes/Information
- IMPORTANT - Before using this machine you need to ensure the CPU is turned on. This will power the digital speed controller.
- For more information see the users guide supplied with the machine. This can be downloaded from our support section.
- You will need to use a potentiometer to set the speed of the X and Y axis to your requirements. The variable speed control is too sensitive to touch and does not have a mechanical limit switch, therefore you will need to use a "proportional" variable resistor to limit the speeds.
- We suggest you use variable resistors from 100% to 10% maximum resistance. Note the "numbers" along the sides of the knob are not the resistance values but the percentage of maximum resistance for the part number.
- All the controller wires have two clips on them at each end to keep them in place, these should be removed so they can easily be connected to the machine.
- The inside of the control box should be covered when not in use to reduce the risk of the electronics being damaged by dust or water.
- The height of the control box can be adjusted, this should be high enough to prevent fingers from touching the controls, and low enough so it is a comfortable distance away from the user.
- The black cable supplied with the controller should be used to connect it to your machine.
- We supply the controller with the cable connected directly to the machine. This allows the controller to control the power
